This Waste Environmental Recycling Company was using two separate systems one for invoices and one for statements. It was taking them up to one week to send out their invoices and statements. They were using a competitor of ourselves but found it to be a hassle as they could not get in touch with their account manager or anyone from the business when they needed them, they found getting software changes long and tedious and detrimental to their business.
